Completion of a purchase is taken as acceptance of these terms.
Please note that you are purchasing the USE of an image. The image itself and copyright remains at all times the property of Ar2focus. Copyright is not tranferrable.
An image must not be passed, whether on payment or not, to any other person or organisation (including subsidiary/group/associates within your own organisation).
Image sizes may vary and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any image or other product purchased is suitable for its intended purpose.
Refunds will only be considered for items manifestly "not as described". Images supplied will typically be at least 3000 x 2000 pixels and frequently more. If an image has been cropped the size will be lower. If image size is critical to your intended use please email BEFORE ordering and I will advise the exact size of any image.
Images are available for exclusive use - please email for details and a price. If terms are agreed and you purchase an image for exclusive use, it will be immediately withdrawn from sale. Copyright will still be held by Art2focus.
Please note that model/property releases are NOT available for any image unless expressely stated to the contrary.
Buyers should satisfy themselves carefully before purchase that their intended use of an image does not contravene any law in the country of use.
Buyers agree to imdenify Art2focus for any and all claims resulting from unlawful or improper use and from the consequences of any action by persons or other bodies in respect of use of images in breach of any model/property release terms, wherever such breach may occur.
The buyer undertakes not to use any image in an obscene, offensive or otherwise derogatory manner likely to cause offence, harm, damage or loss to the reputation of any person, building, property or organisation, or to ascribe any endorsement or opinion to any such person or organisation.
The buyer agrees to indemnify Art2focus for any loss or damage caused by the improper use of an image in breach of these terms.
The laws of England will have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
